Monroe, wearing a black swimsuit & black shoes, inscribed this photograph, “To 82nd Fighter Squadron.” The former wife of Yankee center fielder, Joe DiMaggio, & playwright, Arthur Miller, Monroe was discovered while working in a factory that produced parts for airplanes during WW Ii. Monroe signed this photograph with the line, “Love & Kisses Marilyn Monroe,” in black marker. This photograph, which has some imperfections that do not significantly impact the signature to any significant degree, comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (Z04780). You won’t find many like this one.
